Fringes

Payroll taxes, benefits or union contributions, as a percentage of the lines you apply them to. Pick a fringe on each payroll line.

Percentages on the whole budget

Contingency, insurance, fees and overhead, as a percentage of all lines plus fringes. Check the rates your funders and insurer allow.
